Refund policy

At NOT NORMAL ENT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we will accept returns and provide refunds according to the following policy:

- *Returns:* We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- *Condition:* Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- *Refund:* Full refund will be issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving returned item.
- *Return shipping:* Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless item is defective or incorrect.
- *Exchange:* If you'd like to exchange for a different size or item, please contact us.
